Show the design in its setting.
Arial Vancouver offers architectural imaging for architects, designers, developers and property teams in Vancouver and Metro Vancouver. The brief can focus on a completed building, its exterior details, the way people approach it or its relationship to the surrounding site.
Share the design priorities before choosing the shot list. Key elevations, materials, sightlines and landscape relationships often need different viewpoints. Ground-level compositions and aerial context serve different purposes. Include any reference angles, site plans or examples of the presentation style you need.
The intended publication matters too. An architectural portfolio, competition submission, website and printed feature may each need different crops and file specifications. Confirm orientation, editing expectations, image selection and usage before the shoot. Twilight or other specific lighting requests should be discussed with the schedule and access arrangements.
Aerial coverage is assessed separately for each location. Site access, nearby activity, weather and any required permissions determine what can be planned. Do not assume every building can be photographed from every aerial angle.
Before you book
Common questions.
Have a specific location or deadline? Include it in your enquiry.
Can exterior and aerial images be included in one brief?
Yes, you can request both. Describe the ground-level views and aerial context you need so each can be considered in the quote. Flight availability is reviewed for the site.
How should an architectural shoot be prepared?
Provide the address, access contact, key design features and any required views. Note unfinished areas, restricted access and preferred lighting. A marked-up plan can help explain the priorities.
Are RAW or layered files included?
Do not assume source files are included. Specify any RAW, layered-file or specialist delivery requirements before booking so the agreed deliverables and usage are clear.
